Microbiology
The microbiology laboratory at Waters Agricultural Laboratories, Inc. uses AOAC, Standard or EPA test methods that are ISO/IEC 17025 accredited, and state of the art equipment and instrumentation to analyze a wide array of sample types, including food products, environmentals, fresh produce, leafy greens, processed foods, irrigation and drinking waters, soils, feeds, manure, compost, yeast, etc. to help prevent contamination from occurring, or to help pinpoint possible sources of contamination to help in complying with the requirements of the new food safety law.
